Sale items are returnable unless they fall into one of the categories below:

• Final Sale (65% off or more)
Items discounted 65% or more are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If a Final Sale item is mailed to our returns facility, it will not be processed.

• Exchange Only (50%–65% off)
Items discounted between 50% and 65% are labeled as Exchange Only. These items cannot be refunded, but they may be exchanged for a different size, color, or site credit within 30 days of your order.

In addition to the discount level, these items are explicitly marked at the time of purchase with “exchange only” in the product title.

International Orders

International purchases are eligible for site credit only; exchanges are not available for these orders.
