If you are unable to collect your order yourself, you may authorize another person to pick it up on your behalf.

How to authorize an alternate pickup person:

• Contact Customer Service before the pickup takes place to provide the name of the authorized person.
• The authorized person must present a valid government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation or "Ready for Pickup" email at the time of pickup.

Please note that we are unable to release orders to anyone who has not been pre-authorized by the original customer. For security reasons, authorization must be arranged in advance — we cannot accept same-day requests made at the store.
