Merchandise must be sent to us within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund. For all orders past the 30-day return window, store credit would apply. All returns must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed with all ViX Paula Hermanny tags and hygiene sticker attached).
