Can I still return my suit after 30 days?Updated 2 days ago

Merchandise must be sent to us within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges after this window has closed, regardless of the reason, and no exceptions can be made by our Customer Care Team. 

All returns must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed with all ViX Paula Hermanny tags and hygiene sticker attached). For more information regarding our return policy, please follow this link.
