All pickup orders must be collected within 72 hours of your "Ready for Pickup" email. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, you may request an extension.

How to request an extension:

• Contact Customer Service before your pickup window expires.
• Our team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Please note that extensions are granted at the discretion of the store and are not guaranteed. If your order is not picked up or extended within the 72-hour window, it may be canceled and refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
