To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, we require identity and order verification for all Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders.

What is required at pickup:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID).
• Your order confirmation email or "Ready for Pickup" notification email.

These requirements apply to both the original customer and any authorized alternate pickup person.

If verification cannot be completed:

If either required document is unavailable at the time of pickup, you or your authorized pickup person may be asked to return with the required items before the order is released.

We reserve the right to refuse pickup, cancel orders, or request additional verification if we are unable to confirm the identity of the customer or authorized pickup person. This policy exists to protect you and to ensure that your order is only released to the right person.
