Once we receive your item, returns are processed within 15 business days. Returns are issued to the original form of payment and can take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. For more information regarding our return policy, please follow this link.

When preparing your return do not combine multiple orders. Use the return label for only the associated order. If returning items from multiple orders then you will need to use multiple return labels. If other items or orders were included in the same package, those items will not be refunded and be considered out of policy. Also this way, you would have proof of delivery associated with the order and return process.
