We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory across all channels. However, all pickup orders are subject to product availability and final inventory verification.

What happens if an item is unavailable?

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this happens:

• You will be notified as soon as possible.
• A refund will be issued for any unavailable items to your original payment method.
• The remainder of your order, if available, may still be prepared for pickup.

Partial pickups

If only part of your order is ready, you may be able to pick up available items while awaiting the rest. Please speak with a store associate or contact Customer Service to arrange a partial pickup.
