Once you place a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store order, our team begins preparing it during normal store operating hours. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Please wait until you receive this email before visiting the store — preparation times may vary depending on item availability and order volume.

How long does it take?

Most orders are ready within 24 hours of being placed. However, during periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, preparation times may be extended.

What to expect:

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
• All pickup orders are subject to inventory verification before confirmation.
• If any item in your order is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and refunded for the affected item(s).
