To collect your order, please bring the following to the store:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID).
• Your order confirmation email or "Ready for Pickup" notification email. This can be shown on your phone or printed.

Both items are required at the time of pickup for security and fraud prevention purposes. If either document is unavailable, you may be asked to return the required items before your order is released.

Pickup window

Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" email. Orders not collected within this window may be canceled and refunded to your original payment method. If you need more time, please contact Customer Service before your window expires.
