When an order is paid using both a gift card and a credit/debit card, refunds are applied to the gift card first, up to the amount originally used at checkout. Any remaining refund will then be returned to your credit/debit card. Unfortunately, our system processes this automatically so we have no capability of changing it. We appreciate your understanding.
