Pickup orders are subject to our standard return and exchange policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, you have two options:

Return or exchange in store

Bring the item(s) and your order confirmation to any eligible store location. A store associate will assist you with the return or exchange.

Return by mail

You may also initiate a return by mail. Please contact Customer Service or visit our Returns page for instructions and to obtain a return label.

Eligibility

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products subject to hygiene restrictions (such as certain intimates or swimwear) may not be eligible for return.
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
