We happily accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed with all ViX Paula Hermanny tags and hygiene sticker attached) within 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. All items with discount of 50% or more are only valid for exchanges. Exchanges include an exchange for a different size, product, or store credit. In addition to the discount, these items are explicitly marked at time of purchase by including "exhcange only" in the product title.
