We happily accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed with all ViX Paula Hermanny tags and hygiene sticker attached) within 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Sale Items Policy

Items marked as Final Sale (65% off or more)
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If a Final Sale item is mailed to our returns facility, it will not be processed.

Items discounted between 50%–65% (Exchange Only)
These items are labeled as Exchange Only, meaning they are not eligible for refunds. They may be exchanged for a different size, color, or site credit within 30 days of placing your order.
