Before you head to the store, make sure you have received your "Ready for Pickup" email. Please do not visit the store before this confirmation arrives, as your order may not yet be prepared.

When you arrive:

• Head to the store during normal operating hours. Pickup is not available outside of store hours.
• Check in with a store associate and let them know you are there for an online pickup order.
• Have your order confirmation email and valid government-issued photo ID ready to present.
• A store associate will retrieve your order and assist you from there.

Store hours may vary during holidays or special events. We recommend checking current store hours before your visit to avoid any inconvenience.
