We would like to clarify that exchanges can take up to 10 days, since your original order is returned to us via a Standard Shipping Option, and your exchange order will not be processed until we receive and inspect the returned items. Please make sure to use the respective return label associated with the return so your exchange can be generated. If you don’t use the label, the exchange won’t be issued.
