Why can't I return a regular item and an exchange only item on the return portal?Updated 6 months ago
Due to a limitation on our system, when you have an exchange only item and a regular item in the same order, you are required to proceed with 2 separate return requests to be able to receive the refund for the correct item. Also please note you need to pack your items in separate packages using the correct label for each, or else your return can be delayed. We know this can be frustrating, and we are working on improving our processes.
